MAKING A COMPLAINT
Remember: each report remains strictly confidential. When someone reports content, the user who posted it won’t receive any information about the reporter.

You are kindly required to complete all mandatory fields, provide a sufficiently detailed description of your complaint and, if your complaint relates to any content on this website, the URL for the content to which your complaint relates.
If your complaint relates:

As part of our complaint process we may need some further information from you and in this case we will contact you by email you provided in the complaint form. Your complaint will lead to:
- Immediate removal of the content – if we are satisfied that the content is illegal and non-consensual, and you will be notified of our decision; or
- Content staying – if we are satisfied that it is not, and we will notify you about it. If you disagree with our decision we will submit the dispute to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.
- Copyright infringement – we will be handling the claim under our DMCA policy. Please refer to https://javhd.com/en/dmca for further details.
- Other types of complaints – we will take any appropriate and reasonable steps to investigate your contain within reasonable time, given all evidence and circumstances. If we are satisfied that the content violates any provision of our Terms of Services or other binding provisions we will remove this immediately. We may get in touch with you for necessary details and communicate the outcome to you.

While our policy is primarily designed for your protection we will not tolerate the use of it in bad faith, or for making repetitive, abusive, totally unjustified claims and complaints.
