You have two ways to retrieve it.
1. Go to the password retrieval tool and type your e-mail and username. After that we will send you your password.
2. Other way - contact our support team and write all info about your account you know - your username, e-mail, subscription ID and other relevant details... We`ll check manually all your information, and then, if you are not some hacker, we`ll send you e-mail with instructions
Login to your account. Go to "My settings" section. You will it in the right upper corner on the main page of members area. There you will find "Cancel account" link. Click it, enter your password again (to confirm your decision) and select the reason for account cancelation and finally click "Cancel account" button.
Another way is directly cancel from the processor company which you used when signing up. Just choose right link and go to the needed company - EPOCH, LOCALBILLING, and NETBILLING and then follow the instructions.
Or you can contact our support team and write us a message with information about your account - full name, username, password, subscription ID, e-mail and a brief summary of your issue.
Note - you should cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the schedule billing date.
The cost of your subscription depends on what options you choose when you sign up Joining for three months costs less than joining for one month. Check out our sign up page for possible options.

All our sites have been fully tested on Cross browser compatibility. So whatever browser you use you should have no issues. However to have better experience we recommend you to use the latest version of the browser. Also be sure cookies are on and Java script settings are on.
There are two ways:
1. Download icon on the flash player. Just click it and choose the quality you want to download. 
2. Download movie by clicking the buttons under the flash player. Please, do right-click on the any button and choose `Save As...` 
Maybe the sound is off. Make a sound check on your device. If it`s ok, check volume in the flash player. Volume control icon appears like that:
If you have this problem with already downloaded videos download and install K-lite codec Pack.

To open our video in fullsreen mode, just click the Fullscreen button in right bottom corner of the flash player.
To return it back just press `ESC` button on the keyboard.
You can change quality of any video and we will save your preferences for all other videos. Just click on the left element in the right bottom corner of the flash player and choose the quality you want.
We recommended 1080p to enjoy the video fully. But it can take some time to load, depending your internet connection speed. You can always chose lower quality.
Just press Embed button on the flash player or Embed button below the video in right column, choose needed options and get the embed code. Copy and paste it on other sites!
First of all, you can copy the link and send it to your friends manually. But we have easier way. You can share the video with all your friends at once. Just press Share button in the flash player or Share button below the video in the right column, choose social network and follow the instructions.
Because, you do not have Platinum account. If you upgrade to Platinum all restrictions and limitations will go away. But now you need to know, that we have the following gradation for videos and accounts:
SD Videos - available for all accounts. Trial members can stream only
HD Videos - available for Standard, VIP, Exclusive and Platinum accounts
VIP Videos - available for VIP, Exclusive and Platinum accounts
Exclusive Videos - available for Exclusive and Platinum accounts
Your video codecs may be out of date. You can download the very popular K-Lite Codec Pack and choose the `Full` option to help ensure complete playback ability.
